Here are the ground rules for using the Monarch Patios & Outdoors website. Using the site means these apply to you. If they don’t sit right with you, please close the tab and give us a call instead.

Why the site exists

The site shows what Monarch builds and helps you get in touch with us. It is not a store. Nothing is sold here, there are no accounts to open and no payments to make. Please use the contact form only if you are an adult, or you are writing for a business you can speak for.

Walkthroughs, proposals and prices

No page here is a quote, and nothing on it binds either of us. Project write-ups, photos and cost ranges are a sample of our work and a rough guide, nothing firmer. Your real price comes in a fixed-price proposal after we walk your property. The signed agreement for your project decides what we build and how it is handled, and if it differs from anything here, the agreement wins.

Playing fair on the site

Use the site the way a homeowner would. Please don’t try to break it, flood it, sneak past its security or the spam check on our form, harvest its content with bots, or send us anything false or harmful.

Our content

The words, photos, designs, logos and code on this site belong to Monarch Patios & Outdoors, or we have permission to use them. Read, enjoy and share a link as much as you like. Copying, reposting or selling any of it needs our written okay first.

What you send us

If you send us a message, please make sure the details are true and that they are yours to share. We handle them the way our Privacy Policy describes.

Other companies and other websites

Our contact form, spam protection, analytics and service-area map come from other companies, and some pages link to other websites. Each of them follows its own rules, and we can’t answer for what they do.

The website itself

We do our best to keep the site accurate and online, but we make no promises about it. It may have gaps, go down for a while or fall out of date. To the extent Texas law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using the website or from not being able to reach it. This covers the website only and doesn’t change what your signed project agreement says.

If these terms change

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you which version you are reading, and using the site after an update means you accept the new version.

Texas law applies to these terms. Should we ever disagree over them in court, that happens in Texas.
